Not only is this among the best offers we’ve seen on the card, but this is also a reasonably priced travel rewards card that offers long term value, especially for everyday spending.

The Capital One Venture Card is currently offering a limited time, lucrative, two-part welcome offer, whereby you can earn 75,000 Capital One bonus miles, plus a $300 Capital One Travel stays credit, after spending $4,000 within the first three months.

For context, Capital One miles can be redeemed for a minimum of one cent each, meaning the 75,000 miles will get you at least $750 in value. However, I value the miles at 1.7 cents each based on my latest analysis ( see my methodology here ), thanks to the value you can get by transferring the miles to travel partners. That means that to me, the 75,000 miles are worth $1,275.

That doesn’t include the value of the $300 Capital One Travel credit. The idea is that this can be used for a hotel or vacation rental booking through Capital One Travel in your first cardmember year, and it’s valid across one or multiple stays. In other words, you could use it to pay virtually nothing for a $300 hotel stay. All-in-all, I’d say the Capital One Venture bonus is worth up to $1,575.
