The Amex Business Gold Card welcome offer is incredibly lucrative, as the card currently has an offer as high as 200,000 Membership Rewards points after spending $15,000 on eligible purchases within the first three months. Welcome offers vary and you may not be eligible for an offer.

Based on my most recent points valuations , I value Membership Rewards points at 1.7 cents each, so to me those up to 200,000 points with the welcome offer are worth $3,400. This is an absolutely massive welcome offer, assuming you’re eligible for the headline amount (or anything close to it). It’s a huge incentive to at least give the card a try for a year.
